I have been using Joshua's cold sore solution for several years now and it really works. If you catch the cold sore right as it is starting, you can avoid one altogether.

I recently ran out and I had just started a cold sore. I put off ordering thinking I was too late anyway to catch that one. Well, the cold sore lasted 14 straight days without the Joshua's solution. My point is that in the past, even when I didn't catch the cold sore right away, the Joshua's solution would have it cleared up in 5 or 6 days. I will be careful from now on not to run out!
