If our cold sore / anti acne solutions don't significantly improve your cold/canker sore within 24 hours or fail to reduce the frequency and severity of your outbreaks or acne blemishes, please return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. (Refund is for purchase price and sales tax; shipping and handling are not included.)
Privacy and Security:
It is the policy of Joshua Skin Care Center not to sell, rent, lease or distribute any personal information about you to any third party except in the following circumstances. We may provide information to financial institutions or postal services as required to process requests for product or information.
During the online ordering process Joshua Skin Care Center NEVER receives your credit card details, all such information is processed via the 3rd party financial institution, PayPal. The only exception to this is if you where to call the order into the Joshua Skin Care Center in which case we would process the order internally.
We reserve the right to disclose personal information to law enforcement officials, government agencies or third parties as needed to assist with a criminal investigation.
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping items with a value of less than $13.50 will be charged at $3.50 automatically and sent USPS First Class mail. For orders above $13.50 shipping will be automatically calculated and sent either First Class Mail or Priority Mail (whichever is the lesser value)
within 1 business day.
If you require overnight FEDEX or other prefered method of shipping please call our office and we shall try to meet your needs.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is provided for combined orders of skin care/ cold sore products over $50. Applicable to U.S. delivery addresses inside the 50 states only. Free shipping will be provided by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (whichever is the lesser value).
Due to the limitations of PayPal we are unable to automatically add International Shipping Charges.
